Voorwaarden lidmaatschap TV Linnaeushof (English information below)
Je bent meer dan welkom om lid te worden. Lid worden van een tennisvereniging is anders dan lid worden van een sportschool. Dus lees alsjeblieft de voorwaarden goed door.
1. Als je op ons tennispark bent dan houd je je aan onze huisregels.
2. Je lidmaatschap wordt ieder jaar op 1 januari automatisch verlengd, tenzij je voor 31 december je lidmaatschap opzegt of wijzigt. Opzeggingen of wijzigingen geef je door via [email protected]
3. Ook als je tijdens het jaar opzegt blijf je ons de contributie voor het hele jaar verschuldigd.
We verlenen geen restitutie, ook niet bij blessures, zwangerschap of verhuizing tijdens het kalenderjaar.
4. Het lidmaatschap loopt per kalenderjaar van 1 januari tot en met 31 december.
5. Als een jeugdlid op 1 januari 12 jaar is vraag je het jeugdlidmaatschap voor de oudere jeugd aan.
6. Als je lid bent en in het afgelopen kalenderjaar 12 jaar bent geworden dan zetten wij op 1 januari je lidmaatschap voor de jongste jeugd om naar een lidmaatschap voor de oudere jeugd.
7. Als je op 1 januari van het jaar waarin je lid wordt 17 jaar bent dan vraag je een daglidmaatschap of volwassen lidmaatschap aan.
8. Als je lid bent en in het afgelopen kalenderjaar 17 jaar bent geworden dan zetten wij op 1 januari je lidmaatschap over naar een daglidmaatschap of volwassen lidmaatschap.
9. Als je lid wordt ga je een betalingsverplichting aan.
10. Je ontvangt na je aanmelding en daarna ieder jaar in januari van elk nieuw jaar de factuur voor je contributie.
11. De contributie wordt ieder jaar opnieuw vastgesteld. De hoogte van de contributie communiceren we via de website en wordt op de ALV besloten.
12. Betaal je je contributie niet op tijd, dan zullen wij jouw lidmaatschap beëindigen. We sturen je in ieder geval 1x een herinnering van betaling na onze factuur voordat we je lidmaatschap beëindigen.
13. Als je problemen hebt met het betalen van je contributie dan neem je zelf contact op met [email protected]
14. Je lidmaatschap is alleen voor jou, anderen kunnen op basis van jouw lidmaatschap niet op onze banen spelen.
15. Introducees zijn niet toegestaan bij vrij spelen.
16. Als je lid wordt bij ons, wordt je automatisch lid van de KNLTB.
17. Wij maken gebruik van het administratiesysteem van de KNLTB en delen jouw gegevens met hen.
18. Wij maken gebruik van onze website, nieuwsbrieven en sociale media voor onze communicatie. Als jij niet wilt dat jouw foto daarvoor gebruikt wordt dan kan je dat laten weten via [email protected]
19. We verwachten van je dat je komt sporten in sportkleding en voor tennisbanen geschikte schoenen.

You ware very welcome to join our club. Being a member of a tennis club is different from a fitness club membership, so please read the terms and conditions below.
1. When you are at our tennispark you comply with our house rules and regulations, including the Corona guidelines
2. Your membership is automatically renewed each year at the first of January, unless you cancel or change your membership before the first of January. Cancellation or changes to your membership should be mailed to [email protected].
3. If you cancel during the year you still owe us the full year of membership fees.
4. The membership is from 1 of January till 31 December
5. If a youth membership starts and he or she is 12 years old the membership for youth of 12 years and older should be selected.
6. If you are already a member and became 12 years old, we will switch your membership to the youth membership of 12 years and older on the first of January of the following year.
7. If you start a membemembership in a year where you will become 18 years old you need to choose a ‘daglidmaatschap’ or ‘volwassen lidmaatschap’.
8. If you are a member and 17 years old on the first of January we will switch your membership to a ‘daglidmaatschap’ or ‘volwassen lidmaatschap’.
9. If you become a member you agree to paying the membership fees.
10. You will receive an invoice after starting your membership and after that each year during the first quarter of that year.
11. The height of the membership fees is determined each year. Changes in height will be communicated by us on our website.
12. If you do no pay your membership fees as requested, we will end your membership. We will send you an invoice and at least one reminder to pay the fees before cancelling your membership.
13. If your have trouble with paying the membership fees you will reach out to our treasurer at [email protected]
14. Your membership is personal and cannot be used to let other people play on our courts.
15. People who are not a member are not allowed to play on our courts.
16. If you become a member with us you also become a member of the Dutch tennis association (KNLTB)
17. We use the administration system provided by the KNLTB and share your information with them.
18. We use our website, newsletters and social media for communication. If you do not want your image used in these communications you can let use know at [email protected]
19. We expect you to come and play in sports attire and appropriate shoes for our tennis courts.
